friendly host tea facilities coffee facilities delayed check-in limited parking cleanliness issue
the host was super friendly and gave great tips about local eats i checked in super easily. the room had tea and coffee which i really appreciated. the location was awesome close to the promenade and the football club it was easy to get around.
the check-in was a bit delayed i had to wait a little bit outside. the room wasn't as clean as i hoped for i noticed some areas needed more attention. the on-street parking was limited it was hard to find a spot right away i had to use the pay and display car park.

friendly manager hotel cleanliness good price cute atmosphere
the hotel manager was friendly. he. i appreciated the cleanliness and how well the hotel was kept. it was a GOOD price too.
the shower temperature did fluctuate slightly from hot to cold , but it wasn't a major issue.

dirty bedding street noise
The location was acceptable. It was close to several attractions.
The room was not clean upon arrival. i found hairs in the bathroom and stains on the bedding. the noise level was HIGH. I heard street noise throughout the night and people yelling.

a lovely stay by the seaside

warm welcome ample space superb location eased minds
from the very beginning, i felt a warm welcome. our family room offered ample space, such a tender relief after our travels. the location was superb, it put us right where we needed to be. parking nearby was priced well, it eased our minds greatly.
a very slight stain marked the ceiling, though it was easily overlooked.

Excellent value with helpful staff!

clean room customer service
I really liked the warm and clean room. The manager was amazing and sorted us out with everything needed. Excellent customer service stood out to me. It were great.
I noticed the shower screen had quite a lot of mould at the bottom. This meant I could not use the shower, and I did not like it.
